The hotel is well-located close to the city centre. During Christmas season, the hotel was festively decorated and we enjoyed the lovely atmosphere. We appreciated the hotel's unique design and decoration, which was something different from other hotels. The complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates were a nice touch and a welcomed surprise.
The room we booked was much smaller than expected and the beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was basic and felt outdated.

Celebrated Easter at this hotel. the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of pastries that were really tasty, and the location was good, just a short walk from the main attractions. the room had a private sauna, which was a nice extra touch and the bed was comfortable.
We had some difficulties using the jacuzzi and there wasn't a manual to explain how to use it. Plus, there was some miscommunication at check-in which we found frustrating.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with everything spotless and well maintained. The breakfast was also a highlight of my stay, with a great selection of delicious food.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The place is very stylish and the rooms are luxurious, well-decorated, and beautifully designed. Guests have their own personal sauna which is a unique feature. Breakfast is delicious with many high-quality options. the views from the nearby area are breathtaking.
The hotel staff can be slow to help with issues as seen in some of the reviews.
